Return Policy

Warranty

New and Pre-played items come with a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery. If the product is defective you can return the item for an exchange of the same item only. No substitutions will be permitted.

New merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original packaging and contents. Pre-played merchandise must be in the same condition and with the same packaging as when purchased.

All merchandise returned defective will be tested by our staff, and we will contact you with the results. Confirmed defective merchandise will be replaced immediately with the same item shipped at cost to the customer. Any items we deem not to be defective will also be returned to the customer at their expense.

Game Store will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us, or any costs for sending replacement items back to the customer.

All returns are subject to the following:

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery

The buyer is responsible for the following:

  • The cost of return shipping;
  • The cost for shipping of goods originally ordered;
  • 5% restocking fee, which includes the transaction processing fee

New Products

New items can only be returned for a refund and must be in their original packaging and have no damage.

Items will only be refunded at the expense of the customer with regards to sending the item back to our facilities. Game Store will only refund a purchase when the item is received back in the original, sealed packaging and is in identical condition that it was dispatched from our facilities.

Game Store is not responsible for lost items being sent back to us. Please use an insured courier with tracking information to avoid such an occurrence. Game Store will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us and re-shipment if needed to the consumer.

Pre-played Products

Pre-played items can only be exchanged and must be returned in their existing condition with no additional damage.

Items can only be exchanged at the expense of the customer with regards to sending the item back to our facilities. Game Store will only process an exchange when the item is received back in the identical condition that it was dispatched from our facilities.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, the return of digital products or codes is not permitted and will not be accepted.

For Parts or Repair

All products sold for Parts or Repair are sold in their existing condition and are not return eligible. It is recommended to have previous experience or a willingness to learn when dealing with these types of products.
